Working serial port.

I have a working serial interface sitting on a breadboard in my lab.
One big note: You must have some sort of reset circuit for the UART. A
simple power on will not suffice, the Actiontec will not see it.

The circuit I'm currently working with is a duplication of what is on
the "official" daughter card. If I get a chance this evening, I'll
re-wire it to follow Bruce's schematic and verify that.

Bruce: In answer to your "Why attach a GPS?" question. I'm going to
turn one of these units into a time server for my network.
