Are you able to burn the entire EEPROM image via the USB flash.exe program? (bootstrap, kernel & romfs) Or do you only do the boot loader with flash.exe and then do the rest with tftp? (Is flash.exe for only recovering a doorstop?) Can the kernel you compiled mount nfs drives? What is the size of the original Actiontec kernel, as compared to yours?
