Most of the Conexant stuff is in the 2.4.24 uCLinux kernel. However, much of the boot/init code has been re-written later in the 2.4 kernel series. The whole method for passing boot args to the kernel seems to have changed. I haven't really looked into it a whole lot. I just gave it a compile and tried to boot it. I got nothing on the console and stopped there. I've been to busy to go back to it since then. I have half a mind to look at the 2.6 uCLinux kernel and see how bad it looks.
