No, so far as I can tell, the Emac drivers have not been put in yet (as 
of uCLinux 2.4.24).  I'm starting with trying to get the kernel to boot 
and dump it's console output to the serial port.  The next step will be 
to get to the point where I can login via the serial console.  If I get 
to that point, I may actually try bringing the Emac drivers forward and 
getting them commited to CVS, assuming the haven't already been.  If 
nothing else, it's a resume building exercise, not to mention keeping my 
programming skills sharp.
