It costs *me* way too much to build and sell these one-at-a-time, so you 
shouldn't ask, because you can't afford it! :-)

The schematic on the Wiki worked with no ECOs required.  I do need to 
update the ExpressPCB PCB layout file and post it because of a minor 
layout problem.  I also will probably change the USB connector pinout 
slightly.  At that point one can make 9 PCBs for $61 including tax and 
shipping.  Parts, all from DigiKey, are under ~$20 per PCB.  However, you 
*need* someone that can do surface-mount work to assemble the PCB.

What I am looking into is someone locally that would be willing assemble a 
batch of the boards (e.g., one of the "assembly techs" at one of my 
customers).  I'll order the parts and "kit" for assembly for free, for at 
least one assembly run.  What I need to find out is assembly cost, and 
that depends on how many PCBs get built.

Unless someone else want to take this one, I need to hear from people like 
you.  Tell me that you want one (or more) of these, and let me know how 
much you are willing to spend for one.  I will price these "at cost", so 
be truthful.  I'm guessing that a run of something like 20 will end up 
costing something like $50-$60 per board with assembly, shipping and 
"handling".

Is anyone interested at that price?  (What does Actiontec sell these for?)

P.S.- Assuming that I can get this damn kernel re-built, I'm planning on 
adding a compact flash socket to the PCB next.
