Sorry I got distracted at work and forgot to finish my last sentence.  I
was going to ask if there is another way that you know of to copy a
custom binary (in my case pppoe) without modifying the original romdisk
image.  Maybe via tftp?  I'm going to try to investigate this when I
have time.
