asm directory can not be found

Hi,

I have gotten 'uClinux-dist-20121024.tar.bz2' and the cross compiler
is "arm-linux-tools-20061213.tar.gz". I decompressed the uclinux, then

1. make menuconfig
                               # Vendor: Samsung
                               # Product: 4510B
                               # kernel: 2.4.x
                               # lib: uclib
                               # cpu: S3C44B0X-MBA44
2. make dep
Got a message: find:
`/root/uclinux/uClinux-dist/linux-2.4.x/include/asm': No such file or
directory
I think this caused some errors coming.

3. make lib_only
After libm finished, got the following message:

         ......

  AR cr lib/libresolv.a
  CC libutil/login.o
  CC libutil/login_tty.o

                 from libutil/login_tty.c:33:
/root/uclinux/uClinux-dist/staging/include/linux/param.h:4:23:
asm/param.h: No such file or directory

make: *** [lib_only] Error 2

How can I deal with the problems. Thx
