This is good to hear! Pistachios are one of my favorite foods.

The shells generally keep  me from  eating too many. Seeing a  big mound of shells pile up on front  of  me always  makes me regulate.

I've been drinking a lot lately.  12 beers/week minimum. I binge on sugary snacks too. If they aren't in the house I don't think of  them. 


Making a  conscious thought to stop  grazing has helped. I'm a  few days in and still sugar free.
