Just to make sure:

Cmake prints a section
    -- The following OPTIONAL packages have been found:

and in that section you should see (among others)
    * KDevelop-PG-Qt
    * KDevPlatform (required version >= 5.1.2)
    * KDevPHP

Is that the case for you?

Does your self-compiled Qt 5.15.5 installation coexist with an OS provided Qt
version?
I ask because I see a mixture of libraries, some originating from
/usr/local/Qt-5.15.5/lib but others from /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu (?)
