As the KDE project removed the umbrello.kde.org site, I uploaded the 
last version of that site to https://uml.sourceforge.io/ and made it the 
default page for the project. There may be some work required to update 
outdated links e.g the link to the project web site at  
https://apps.kde.org/de/umbrello.
