SUMMARY

I want to customize my Umbrello Toolbars. There is a Toolbar Customizer but
only the Main Toolbar is customizable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Start Umbrello
2. Right-Click on Toolbar -> Configure Toolbar
3. Add Actor-Tool to Diagram Toolbar (not possible)

OBSERVED RESULT
No ComboBox to choose Toolbar Category

EXPECTED RESULT
Combobox to choose Toolbar or even an Interface to extend Toolbars Categories.
