Fix clip4 paste of sequence messages across instances

- Ensure XMI imports use the explicit xmi:type attribute
  when present so objects are created with the correct type.
- Avoid aborting a paste operation when encountering unknown
  or already-existing objects during multi-object pastes.
- Simplify paste eligibility checks for widgets and allow
  Instance objects on sequence diagrams.
