Entity Relationship Diagrams in 1.4

Just another bump on the Entity Relationships wishlist item, and for the
related data modeling profile.
I recall somewhere seeing that this was started in 1.4, but having finally
gotten the thing to compile (out of date unsermake issues), I can't
remember where I saw that, and I can't find an ER diagram section in the
application.
