sequence diagram drawing problem

Hi all, on the attached picture... how does one get the double bar? I mean 
the one where an object calls itself? When I do it in Umbrello 1.4, I get 
the two bars right on top of each other, so one can't see the new bar. How 
can I get the bar to be slightly to the right, like on this picture?
