how to "concatenate" XMI files?

Sorry if it's off-topic but I've two Umbrello's XMI files created
independently. Is there an easy way to "copy and paste" all the information
(classes and diagrams) into one XMI file? (I tried using two Umbrello's GUIs
but it didn't work)
