Dear Bill, sorry for the delay, but I didn't watch the list. KDE and Qt for X11 are difficult to compile on Mac OS X. I tried to compile Qt but didn't succeed. (However, Qt for Carbon compiles without any problems). I suggest to use the binary (maybe stable) distributions (using "fink -b") and/or ask the package maintainers. Umbrello 1.4.1 is also compileable, but with some additional steps: [also the lines in step 13 of the originally posted thread change to 29655 and 31811] - edit umbrello-1.4.1/admin/missing and place "exit 0" as first command (there are problems with autom4te on my system 10.3, "missing" script is not needed) - edit umbrello-1.4.1/doc/nl/index.docbook and insert the following entity definitions: <!ENTITY ie "i.e."> <!ENTITY Esc "Escape Key"> - edit umbrello-1.4.1/doc/ru/index.docbook and insert the following entity definition: <!ENTITY Esc "Escape Key"> Best regards, Peter Woitek ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Discover Easy Linux Migration Strategies from IBM.
