kconfig_compiler not found... Please

   I'm trying to install umbrello 1.2.1, but when I execute the command ./configure --prefix=/opt/kde, it return teh following error:
kconfig_compiler not found
   Help-me please, I'm newer in linux. Post your help in mail: [email protected]
