Activity Diagrams - signals? loops?

In "UML Distilled" by Martin Fowler he shows a time signal object
which is used to model waiting for a certain amount of time. It is an
hourglass. Is it possible to get this added to Umbrello?

Also, I don't see anything in his chapter on how to indicate a
repeated body of actions (a loop)... is this do-able in Activity
diagrams?
