Compiling Umbrello to a Windows binary

Hi,

I'm very interested in using Umbrello, since it seems 
to be very powerfull and to best suits the requirements 
of my company and our customers.
I'm not (and probably won't be ever) a Linux/Unix/KDE 
specialist, though: an absolut newbie.

Would somebody provides me with a binary 
OR 
explain me in detail (step by step) all the steps 
to compile it by myself?

In exchange for a detailled english "How to..", 
I offer to translate it to german and/or french so 
the information can be shared with many others.
