No, unfortunately. It's the good old study-the-code method :-|
The beginning of  a model of umbrello in umbrello can be found in some
XMI files at http://uml.sourceforge.net/developers.php but I never
found the time to bring that idea to fruition.

If you're interested in adding an ANSI C code generator, you might look at
codegenerators/cppwriter.{h,cpp} as a starting point.
If you have specific questions then feel free to ask on the uml-devel list.
