keeps crushing

Hi,
I just lost 4 hours of work.  I was working on different computers, so i had
2 different files.  I was trying to unify both files coping and pasting the
classes and the sequence diagrams to one of the files. But i can no longer
open the file i was coping stuff on.  Everytime i try to open the file
umbrella crashes. I tried to open the files in both computers but it keeps
crashing everytime.
Is there a way to recover the classes on this file?
