How do you create a inheritance of class in umbrello?

How do you create a inheritance of class in umbrello?
 
I have two classes
object and next
I want object to be the base class of next
I have created both classes already.

What I have tried::
I cut(^x) the next class and pasted it in object class.
but now when I want to use next class as a parameter is does not show up
in the class list?

So far I like this program and interface!
