Version 2.14.2 is without some options

Dear Umbrello Devs, thank you for a great software! I've noticed that Umbrello ver. 2.14.2 from Ubuntu Rebecca repository lacks of almost all File options (there is only Export), configuration options from Settings and there is no Help section. I've downgraded to 2.13.3 and it works as it should. Best, Damian Patoka
