can you make sure master has all the things from Applications/16.08 that it 
should *AS SOON AS POSSIBLE*

I'm going to branch Applications/16.12 from master very soon so i'd appreciate 
if you could answer this quickly (if not we can always fix it after the branch 
has happened)
