Sorry to continue this discussion here but the following link :
https://bugs.kde.org/createaccount.cgi still shows the following error :
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.

I have tried that logout link and multiple browsers and even incognito mode
but no success. What should I do? Or where should I discuss this issue?
