Seeking example of a upnp-client utility

Hi!

I have a UPnP router and would like to be able to modify its firewall rules 
automatically from inside the LAN. It should be possible -- I know, for 
example, that Azureus can alter it.

Would somebody have an example -- not necessarily working, but something, I 
can start from? Say, a utility, that tells the router to block all traffic 
from an IP-address specified on command line?

I have the libupnp installed already (hence my writing to this mailing list).
