Presentation page error 80040500

Hello

I have some problem with the presentation page. When I run the tvdevice example on the SDK 1.0.4 (old) I don't have any problem, I can control the device. If I do the same with the tvdevice example on the new SDK 1.2.1 I have this error on Internet Explorer (6.0) :

Could not complete the operation due to error 80040500

Line 281

On line 281 there is this code : set TvControlService=TvDevice.Services("urn:upnp-org:serviceId:tvcontrol1")

Before starting the device I have change the value of the node <URLBase>http://x.x.x.x:yyyy</URLBase> 
With the ip address and port of  the computer.

Wath is the problem ????
