question about Intel tools for upnp technologies

I tried to use Intel Tools for UPnP technologies, such as Device Spy,
Device Sniffer....
Are those tools able to run on Linux? Or just on windows machine? I
remember, the Intel web site mentioned that .Net framework is required
to run the tools, So, are the tools currently runnable only on windows
machine? Isn't there any Linux version for these tools?
