error "too many jobs" from libupnp

Hi,

I am using libupnp-dev 1.6.6-3 and I got the following error when
running my code for some time:

"total jobs = 100, too many jobs"

looking from the libupnp source, this error seems from ThreadPool.c
ThreadPoolAdd() function. But I checked my code and did not see any
place spawning too many threads.  Can anyone shed some lights?
