pthread_mutex

Hi,

I have a question concerning the mutex lock protecting the
GlobalDeviceList in the tvDevice sample. In function TvCtrlPointSendAction
there is a function call to UpnpAddToAction (from the optional tools). If
it fails, the SendAction functions returns without calling the unlock
function. I suppose this can lead to problems... Or should it be that way?
