how to find out

hi
when i run the device application  like this   


./upnp_tv_device -webdir
/upnp/libupnp-1.2.1/upnp/bin/web


I am getting this  error


Initializing UPnP Sdk with
         ipaddress = (null) port = 0 
Error with UpnpInit -- -208


 i also tried with  with  initializing with proper
IPaddress and port no ,giving through command promt

please help me in this regard.
