problem with running script using upnp sdk webserver

hi

please any one tell me the webser comes with upnp sdk supports cgi script

i have placed the cgi script wrriten in  upnp/bin/web/first.pl

when i try to call script from the browser  and inputting some parameters

to cgi script using the form. 

like

"http://172.16.2.157:49154/first.pl "  using post method

but it is not all executing script. please tell me how to execute script using with this webserver
