What annoyances have been fixed ?

When Dan suggested that the list be shut down, I was for some reason
spurred to go through the archives and look at the annoyances I had
complained about.

For the most part they are still there, and many of the ones that
others pointed out are also still there.

How about the rest of you ?  How many of your annoyances were
eventually corrected ?  How many did you learn to work around ?
