v4 browsers are obsolete for several years. I think you need to move to
a more modern, standards-compliant browser like Mozilla. It's not 
perfect, and printing is unutterably abysmal (Times only) but its 
display and control features are far better than MSIE, and it makes
proper use of CSS where available.
