On your planet, perhaps :-) 

Here the only reason Linux users ever insert a diskette is because a 
Windows user gave them one with a file on (or they need to put a file 
on one to give to a Windows user. Or to use an emergency recovery disk.

Developers, perhaps. Users, never.
