   The "Linux Annoyances" mailling list, by virtue of name, seems to imply 
"THIS IS A PLACE FOR YOUR LINUX AND LINUX RELATED RANTS TO GO."  :-)

   So as far as I can personally tell, where Linux represents a new kind of 
freedom, and rights, that commercial operating systems do not have...  I 
believe the subject matter of politics, vocabulary definitions, writings of 
freedom and rights concerning digital information - are all on topic.
