Not a good file manager

This might not go for other people, but personally I find it an 
annoyance that there isn't a good file manager for Linux. Neither KDE 
nor Gnome have one that works the way I like it. In particular I'm 
missing keyboard navigation and easily-adjustable right-click 
(shift-F10) menus. I rarely use Windows, but I like the file manager 
that comes with it.
