Please Google around and you will find a mini-mini howto on this. Also as 
far as I remember (I use Konq most of the time), If you have realone 
player installed, you can get mozilla to invoke it by setting up a MIME handler for that type of file, 
pretty much as you would set up Acrobat to handle PDF files. Mplayer also 
has a "play movie stream from url" option.
