Except they don't come a-knocking on your door, they wait for you to call them. :^)

But it is true that I never find anything more useful with info, than I do with man, and everyone I know turns to man first, even if the GNU people keep adding at the bottom of the man page that "the man pages are now deprecated and go and use info!". Apart from this tiny fault of character, you've got to admit they do great things!
