Re: Linux [redhat and I suspect others] annoyance

I use Ximian's red-carpet.  There is also YUM, yellow dog something or 
other...  I've not used it, but have heard about it.  I like Ximian, and 
also like their gnome2 desktop much better than anything else out there.
