Stop shouting and go write some code, OK? We understnad how you feel, honest. But all that emoting and posturing isn't going to make a good OS better. Seems to me most of the posturing is done by MS and SCO :^) Linux? Political? Ethical I would believe but political? Is Linus running for governor in California? :^)
