Not true, I can write a hello world program that's error free :^)   

In any case ISO9000 requires the user of a technical program to ensure that the program 
works, hard to do sometimes without viewing the code. Especially when the software can solve 
a large number of different possible scenarios making it difficult to try test cases for all.

We do have and use software which is known to be wrong at times. But at least we try to 
determine in what situations the answer will be wrong, and we avoid those. And it is a 
requirement of ISO9000 that you do so. If you don't, then you're apt to lose your ISO9000 
certification.
