I've made up my own mind long ago about ISO9000. It sucks and as far as I'm concerned it makes things more expensive than they ought to be because of all the bureaucratic mess that goes with it. But without this certificate you can't work over here. And if to get the certificate you agree to do certain things, like ensuring your software gives the correct answers, then you'd better do it. Else you're not keeping your word and that's bad.
