1) You can't, the 1st question asked is "are you ISO9000 
accreditated?"
2) People do lie and cover-up most of the time, at least where I 
work.
3) Not sure but possible.


I believe ISO9000 has actually been designed by a very clever 
person. It's obviously designed to reduce unemployment which I 
suspect was its intent all the time (it also explains why the 
government contracts were the first to request it). It keeps a 
lot of people filing useless bits of paper all day long.

Excel can be downright dangerous, we've had several instances 
when it gave the wrong answer or an OLE link did not update when 
it should have. I avoid it as much as I can. And as much as I 
can, I use my own software.
