I've tried nautilus I've tried Konqueror I've tried xftree I've tried gentoo I've tried rox filer I've tried GFileRunner I've tried GFile (!=GFileRunner) I've tried something with s, french project, no longer developed I've tried xfm I've tried anything I could find on freshmeat, on google and Bob knows where, not one suits my needs. They all suck in some ways, some more, some less. Oh, XandrOS' XFM (not to be confused with xfm) is quite an approach, but unfortunately not open src and only comes with XandrOS (whose KDE2 is utterly outdated). If I could find the time I'd learn C[++] and code it myself, unfortunately I can't spare the time rigth now (and don't know if I ever will). Dex
