Development problems

Hi there,

I am one of the three authors of the Annoyances book, along with 
Dee-Ann and Paul.  We are in the process of putting together the final 
draft of the outline, and we would like to get your take on the most 
common problems you have hit with development work, this is stuff like 
recompiling the kernel, glibc inconsistencies, compiling common apps 
and finding problems in distributions etc.

We want your nastiest, bizarre and of course re-creatable weirdness 
that you have had, and hopefully we can boil them down and get a common 
thread going on these problems.

cause so far.
