Re: graphical file managers

Sorry for replaying to you off the group, but I thought I can point you
to a good link for a good Win32 text-mode file manager.

I don't know if you heard of FAR, but FAR is a Norton Commander-like
(and Midnight Commander) tool for Win32. I've started using it 3 years
ago, and I'm really happy with it. FAR is a native Win32 application - so
you
got all long-filenames and stuff. Also there are tons of plugins for it
(archive
readers and such).

The guy (Euguene Roshall) is also the RAR archiver program creator.
