	conferences than implementing Open Source, or FLOSS, or Linux

He ran a free conference last year at George Washington, and had among
other luminaries RMS and Eben Moglen.  RMS did his typical thing(I'm a
big fan of his in some ways, less so in others) and Moglen was 
_wonderful_.

But the conference this year won't IMHO have such luminaries, rather a
bunch of business presenters.  Also it will cost $295.

I keep hoping that instead of conferences, people will join linux-pe.
If we had more members there, linux-pe could be a platform for grass-
root activism.  Grass-root activism, as we all know, is what enabled
Linus and his Merrie Crewe to work the magic that still entrances
us all.
