Development Gateway

I was wondering whether other members of this list are participating in 
this, as well as whether or not it is a worthwhile site. I'm in Trinidad 
and Tobago, and I don't see much in the way of usage by Trinidad and 
Tobago (aside from the 'National ECommerce Secretariat').

It *seems* like a good place to see who is doing what at a government 
level.
