Yes.  Comments refer to them as "USB interface drivers" rather than "USB
interface managers".  All except for generic, which is referred to as a 
"USB device driver".

I don't understand.  Please provide more details.  Exactly what 
information would you like to see in this "ID-config-interface table"?
